Genitourinary tract tuberculosis is a specific chronic granulomatous infection. However,
bilateral epididymal tuberculosis presented as a huge scrotal mass is uncommon. We report one
case of bilateral epididymal tuberculosis which was noted three months after the prostate biopsy
and was managed with unilateral simple epidymoorchiectomy.
